Hello everyone! The other day, I wanted to treat myself to a breakfast platter with all the things I love to eat in the morning. I believe that the art of eating is not only about what we consume but it is also about how we consume it so when I am not feeling too lazy and have time on my hand I try to make my food look appealing (although some of the best dishes usually look the messiest). Spending some extra time on the presentation makes whatever we eat feel so much more satisfying.
The breakfast items I have included are cheese, baguette, turkey rashers, cream cheese, strawberries, grapes, biscuits and avocado on toast along with extra avocados on the side.
Meat and Cheese

Meat is usually my favourite part of the meal so had to include it in this platter too! I included some turkey rashers which I fried on medium heat until they turned brown. I also included cream cheese and cheese slices to have with the baguette. The garlic and herb cream cheese tastes divine so if you haven’t tried that one you should definitely give it a go!
Breads

A breakfast platter is never complete without some carbs! I included slices of a fresh bloomer loaf which I used to spread my avocado on. I also included baguettes which I sliced into pieces to have with the turkey rashers, cream cheese and cheese slices. As the platter mainly revolved around savoury items I also added some chocolate digestive biscuits to sweeten it up!
Fruits

I love adding fruits to add some sweetness to the platter and I usually have these last! I decided to add some strawberries and grapes to fill in the gaps around the platter.
